NEXIUM® is a product of Zinc coated steel plate through continuous hot dipping process previously passed through the annealing process (furnace) which can be set to enerate minimum tensile strength 270 Mpa up to 570 Mpa with coating thickness from 80 (Z08) to 600 (Z60) gram/m2.
Nexium is processed by Continuous Galvanizing Line equipped with NOF (Non-Oxidizing Furnace) technology so that in can produce high quality coated steel products for use roll forming industry, roofing, cladding and other structural materials.
Equipped with a Skinpass Mill for further painting process, and using surface treatment coating (Anti Finger Print) or Passivation in order to have a smooth surface quality and resistant to finger print.
